New 3ds won’t boot after Luma update

I’ve not used my 3ds for years, I tried updating luma 3ds and replacing the boot.firm & boot.3dsx and after doing that my 3ds does not boot up, I’ve tried recovery mode and everything and nothing, I really need help, thank you

Well a few questions here.

• Did the system boot properly before you updated Luma 3DS?
• Are you sure it was a boot.firm file on the SD card or was it a different format?

System worked perfectly before and it was the files you get when you download the latest luma 3ds zip

I mainly just need to verify there was a boot.firm file on the root to begin with.

Were you on Boot9strap to begin with or were you on A9LH?

Try Luma 3ds version 7.0.5

Tried a different Micro SD and the problem was fixed, thanks everyone
