Hacking Potentially Missing Files...

I was comparing all the versions of my Hacked 3ds' files, and upon inspection I realized my sd card may be missing some... (causing crashes with the arm11, arm9 processors, prefetch aborts and such...)

Could someone help me interpret the backup files and the actual sd files?

P.S The reason I would like to know is because I also want to update luma 12.0.1 to 13.0.2
