Coud be really tough if you want to try out a game in jap where the text is important but you don't get a clue.
Has somebody already tried it out? Beeing better as DConan... hm... depends on what you call better.
And not all jap stuff is crap... They just have a somehow different taste of what they like so don't call it crap just because it's not aligned to your culture.

You can play through this game without knowing any Japanese easily but, you might just get bored quick since AVGs are full of dialogue after dialogue.

What happens is you move around using an "action menu" and talk to people to solve a case. Once you've found enough clues, the scene will come to a conclusion. You'll be asked to pick the items that you think will best solve the case. Depending on these, you'll get a detective grade like I mentioned before. There's also 20 general knowledge questions before the real investigation scenes start. Questions like, "What was the number of the spaceship Apollo that first landed on the moon in 1969?" Of course, it's a school

so far, the only anime game patch avaliable is love hina advance i think, and i played that to death
