As of November 22, 2023. FMV Dumping is now possible. I will attempt to add FMV's seperately to my dumps, but I'm gonna hold off on upscaling them until I have money to pay for online storage.
All my upscales are 1K texture sizes and in BC7 DDS Format (incompatible with Mobile Emu's except The adventures of Cookie & Cream, Taito Legends 1&2 and partially Tekken 4).
I've decided to include bios save icons separately from my packs, will be updated as new packs get added in the BIOS (PS2 USA) HD Textures Thread.
Upon request, I can give dump links for games I've upscaled.

Added Serious Sam: Next Encounter to the list. Should have Star Wars: Bounty hunter up in September. Also looking to add Samurai Warriors 2: Empires and Medal of honor: Frontlines and Rising Sun in the future.

Added Medal of Honor: Rising Sun and Taito Legends 1+2 to the list. I didn't plan for another lazy "MP" only upscale I swear. The dumps were in the 6 digits of redundant textures and the game was mid. I'm not playing anymore medal of honor games so don't expect any upscales of those in the future. Anyway's, I'm still working on Star wars Bounty Hunter, its just taking longer than expected; Should still come out either late September or early October. Updated the Style/layout of my threads(including this one).

Added Star Wars: Bounty Hunter and Metal Slug Anthology to the list. Also did a Major overhaul of previous upscales. Serious Sam: Next Encounter, James Bond 007 Nightfire, and Medal of Honor: Rising Sun have been redone with a new model I plan on using going forward, I also redid the screenshots with the updated model. 4xHDCube has shown to be far superior to every other upscaling model. Expect to see upscales done Faster! I'll have some examples down below.
I will also start making a Tier List of my upscales as described below:
Bronze - Older Upscale models (ESRGAN, CUGAN, etc.)
Silver - 4xHDCube without special treatment of individual textures
Gold - 4xHDCube with special treatment of individual textures

Edit: I no longer condone the use of tier systems as they are too confusing.

4xHDCube:

in ESRGAN, you can see in the background that happens often is a nasty artifact is no longer an issue with 4xHDCube, also 4xHDCube upscales by a factor of 4 rather than 2 which makes for higher fidelity Textures. It's not all perfect though as there are still broken transparencies on rare occasions like this mountain texture.

Re-did Taito Legends 1. Fixed transparancies, and improved some textures. I stopped work on Onimusha 2 and 3 because there is already an HD Remaster for it https://www.onihdrp.com/. I was also planning on doing Sonic Mega Collection Plus but realized for the first time, 4xHDCube didn't do much and in some cases worsened the original textures and it was a massive file size of 2 GB and incomplete, A complete one would be like 5 GB and it lagged the menu for a few seconds, it was only gonna be a menu only upscale too; all that made me cancel the upscale. I've been busy with work so I haven't been able to get dumps as quickly as before and Payday 3's been sucking my time but now I'm feeling up to the upscale mood again. Have a nice day ya'll

Added Ed, Edd, n Eddy: The Mis-Edventures. I'm holding off on upscaling FMV's for now, Planning on using JPG @ 80% Quality for FMVs then batch converting to png for emu compatibility and having 2 separate download folders, 1 for in-game textures and the other for FMVs to keep upscales at a reasonable size.

Added Need for Speed: Most Wanted Black Edition Since I enjoy the console version lighting over the PC version. I didn't replace it with high-quality PC textures like the Gamecube upscaled version by kupo-on-gbatem but it is still the most effort I've put into a pack.

Added Tekken 4 to the list. Another difficult game to upscale but it was well worth it for a classic of the PS2 library
