Homebrew NesDS ss0 to Fce Ultra GX (auto) sav?

I really really really want to be able to pick up where I left of in Faxanadu, but alas, my NesDS game saves are as such "ss0, ss1, ss2" etc. Where as FCE Ultra GX seems to title them as Faxanadu auto.sav

Is there a program to convert these files so they will work with FCE Ultra?

Well "ss0" sounds like save states, you would have to go back to nesDS and get the save file from either of those states. Once you have the actual save you can compare it with one from fceugx, if they match it will likely work but if either emu applies a header to it then it may fail to read it.

Yes, I got FceUGX to see it, but it don't use it. I think we need conversion software.
