Hacking neogamma r7 help

My problem is that I soft modded my wii about 2 months ago and I currently have neogamma r3 and now I'm trying to install neogamma r7 so that I can play wii sports resort but I pretty much forgot how to install the program. I downloaded the neogamma r7 zip file and I have it on my pc, I also have the sd card with the apps folder but I'm not sure if I have to put the neogamma r7 folder in the apps folder or something else. Please help.
P.S.- Yes I aleady have the homebrew channel installed on my wii.

I'm a nub, noob, nube or however you prefer to spell it.

find the .dol file from the zip file you downloaded.

It should be named boot.dol if its not then rename it to boot.dol

Put that boot.dol in its own folder called neogamma and put that folder inside your apps folder.

Now run it through the HBC.
