There are two emus but I doubt you will get far, saying this I have not tested any at length so I could be wrong:

Those emulate the Neo Geo Pocket, not the Neo Geo.

Like iq_132 said, it's not going to happen. The Neo Geo is like a Genesis running at twice the speed, with better graphics hardware. The DS is barely powerful enough to emulate the Genesis. On top of that, Neo Geo games are huge (compared to other 16 bit games, anyway). The DS doesn't have enough memory to hold one of the larger Neo Geo roms, even using the extra RAM in a slot 2 cart.

Amazing that the NeoGeo was that fast and good...

Well, there's Metal Slug Advance...

If you want portable Neo-Geo/Metal Slug, the PSP has a full speed Neo-Geo emulator, or you could just buy/download Metal Slug Anthology (for the PSP) and get load times and Metal Slug 6.

I often stick some ham and cheese in a tortilla and toast it but I wouldn't dare call it a taco.
