Gaming Need to update wii

I have loaded the neogamma into my homebrew channel but when I load it, it just goes to a black screen then back to the homebrew channel. I recently upgraded to 4.1 with DOP -ISO-MOD. I have read you can not use Neogamma on cIOS249 rev 15 which I think I am on its says I must use cIOS249 17 or 14 or. I do not know how to get to that.

Thank guys got it working. But bloody hell been of the seen for that long didnt realize the things had to do to soft mod. Thanks again apreciate all the help.
