Hacking Need to downgrade from 3.3U to 3.2U

Hello,

My nephew installed the wiifit update & changed the f/w from 3.1U to 3.3U now I want to see if I can get it down to 3.2U & add starfall to it.

Can someone please point a noob in the right direction with which software to use & maybe a tut with it. I am running a soft modded Wii with the TH, HBC and now 3.3U f/w.

I have read the other post about the downgrade, but I am kinda' new at this & I really dont understand a whole lot. it took me a while to get the TH going & the HBC, but I am learning.

PS - I do not have a internet connection, do I need one to get this working??

Sorry but antoher thing If I get the interent connection is cIOS Downgrader from Waninkoko good? I may just go the bestbuy & by it tomorrow.
