Homebrew Need help to transfer my pokemon from homebrew bank

Hello,

I have a lot of pokemon from X/Y and OR/AS in the pokemon homebrew bank:

But this tool isn't updated and doesn't even support SUN/MOON...

So I want to use PKSM instead but I don't know how can I transfer all my pokemon from the homebrew bank to PKSM or to SUN/MOON...

Can you help me to do that?

Take the Pokemon from your hb bank and put it into any gen 6 game. Then use the updated pksm to transfer from gen 6 to gen 7.

The creator of PKSM, Bernardo has released a companion toolkit called "pksm-tool", which consists of some useful programs that can help with your problem. Just Google and download that, and the instructions are easy to follow. I used it to transfer my PHBank data as well. Hope this helps!
