Hacking Need help to run AC Amiibo Festival on Wii U (USA)

I'm on 5.5.5.
I tried to install the only available WUP of this game, the EUR one, but when i try to run it, it says that the hdd doesn't have enough energy
i tried to run regionfree but when it does, it takes me back to the wii u menu, which i don't know if its what is intended.
i use IOSUHAX cfw to run games, i wonder if i should move to another CFW, or use another app to set my wii u as region free, i really could use some help here, because this game's USA region is missing

I managed to finally run the game, what i needed is spiik, thanks to that i can run this

If you want the US version, it shouldn't be hard to manually add in its Title ID by looking at the EUR Title ID, and changing the region to fit.

The titlekeys are all the same basically, the program should handle it. As for your hard drive, maybe it isn't getting enough power, like the error said?

on the last point, i doubt it since its connected to both usb ports behind with a Y cable, so i guess that regionfree is not working as intended, maybe

now on the first part, the USA and EUR id are available, althought the USA title id is listed as unknown since it doesnt have titlekey available.
other than that, i'm lost at what i need to unpack this wud into wup, since the titlekey of the usa region is missing, nusgrabber or usbhelper doesnt have the usa version in their database either.

I found a download for the American version of the game in under 2 seconds. Just Google

animal crossing amiibo Festival download

directly no, i havent found anything to help me with that, the only thing i have found around is wux to wud, and then wud to wup.
also, programs made on Java aren't working for me, so JWUDtool is not an option, for now.

Site staff will not see this if you just put please delete. What you have to do is click the 3 dots underneath your first post then select report and then you can send a message to the site staff asking for the thread to be closed.
