Hacking Need help to hack my 360 phat

I am just trying to get a alittle help with my xbox 360 phat xenon with a hatachi GDR 312-0L with ROM version 0047DJ and a dashboard of 2.0.15574.0 I am looking to just play original games/360 games and backups (actual owned games on dvds).I am not looking to go online with it to play other people its just for my daughter.Any help is appreciated....

Seeing it's a Xenon....
I'd honestly say ditch it but, the cheapest solution would be flashing it.
Or get an Xkey (easier for your daughter)

DON'T bother with an x360key on a Xenon. Mine legit went up in smoke after a couple of days, Xenon's just generate waaaayyyy too much heat, and adding another pcb (or any other hardware for that matter, is just a bad idea). If you flash the drive you should be fine (in most cases) as your not putting anything extra inside the console permanently

Some people are determined to keep Xenons for as long as they can.
It's foolish imho, seeing, like you said, they tend to.. kinda explode.

Upside is, Xkey is plug and play, so you only need to obtain the DVD key from the replacement 360 and insert the Xkey again.
Flashing it, having the knowledge and tools to do so, easy as fuck, difficult on Slims.

If you're gonna put an xkey in it, you might as well reball the GPU, apply more thermal paste to the CPU and GPU and do the 12 volt fan mode and hope for the best lol. Honestly not worth it given how cheap 360s are these days. I just got myself a used falcon at GameStop yesterday for $79.99.

If I were you, I'd flash the xenon, drive it into the ground, when it dies, replace it with a newer model and slap an xkey and/or rgh/r-jtag it
