Profile on hard modded 360

I had my Xbox 360 hard modded a few years ago and have since then unlocked many achievements the right way.
My console got banned shortly after installing the RGH and the homebrew apps.
I recently bought another Xbox 360 not modded and not banned and I want to upload my profile to Microsoft so my achievements count for when I get my Xbox Series X. But I wanted to know if it's safe to transfer my profile to the new Xbox 360 with a USB drive. (I read somewhere that it's better to FTP it. I can do either)
But I just want to ascertain that it's okay to do it. I only have unlocked a couple of achievements with Le Fluffie and Velocity. I've earned most the right way. I would hate to lose my achievements or start a new profile from scratch. The only thing I've done to the profile is mod my gamertag and gamer pic with horizon. Can anyone share some advice on weather I should or shouldn't and what's the risk. Thanks in advance.

(Note: I don't ever play online nor do I intend to. I just want to upload my profile to save the achievements I earned the right way)

You shouldn't have connected your 360 to the internet whilst having an RGH mod installed. To unban your console, you'll need to obtain a new KV (or keyvault); you must never share it with anyone, as someone could use it to ban your console for using cheats. There are 3rd-party sites selling keyvaults, but I don't recommend purchasing from those places as they're very sketchy (much like Steam key sites); the keyvault might've already been used many times, and there's a higher chance of getting banned as soon as you connect to a stealth server. My advice is to obtain it from a donor console that hasn't been flagged; you can buy a used Xbox 360 for 20 bucks or more (depending on the marketplace).

I would not risk getting another console banned just for a few achievements. Its possible that profile is flagged for misuse, and by using that same profile on another console, will cause another console to be banned. Start a new profile on a new console to be safe.
Also your profile if not banned or flagged for a ban, it will be loaded in the cloud (since you had it online). You can check your profile/gamertag status here below. If you get a new Xbox, simply use that gamertag (email address) and all your achievements should show automatically.
