I have had good luck dumping a lot of texture in this game using either Duckstation or Beetle PSX HW, but in both cases there are some textures that just won't dump. The character textures dump fine, some menu items and fotns dump fine, but some just don't even show up.

An early game example is the full screen art that shows up during each characters' episodes. Another example, and the one I want most, is the font that accompanies the credits scenes (I actually want to make this blank, so I can see the ending credits without the pesky credits in the way)

Does anyone have any ideas about what I could try? Thanks in advance guys!

The answer to your problem requires rom hacking, editing the ISO file to change the textures but be warned, some textures can be hundreds of tiny images together. This might be a colossal task, if you want to share this with others legally, you would use a patcher tool like Xdelta to share the patch online.

In case you are doubtful of this actually working, Team BT4 made an unofficial mod of Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 that adds new characters from later in the series into the game (this was before Sparking Zero existed) They provide a modified ISO of the PS2 game on their website which I can't link here but here is some screenshots to prove it is legit

I'm not really trying to do that. I am trying to dump a texture that doesn't behave like a normal texture.
