Need a anti piracy pacth rom of dragon quest 6

Im triying to play the ds version of DQ6 on my 3ds but when i tried to play it, the castle section at the start of the game loops. Is there anyway to get a pre-pacthed rom oran easy way for me to pacth the game with something like ips?

there's an app called, I think, DS Scene Rom Tool that has a lot of ap patches to fix roms. you might look into it.
