ROM Hack ndstool - How can I view/edit the files?

I extracted a rom with the ndstool but do not know what to do with the files. I'd like to open them but couldn't find out how.

Anyone know a good program?

that is good program! what do you want to edit?
use hex editor and DSLazy. or ask someone that has better skill.

Yeah ndstool is a good program it extracts nicely but you cannot view the files with it, can you?

that's why use hex editor / crystaltile2 duh!
