Animal Crossing New Horizons 60FPS?

I want to replay ACNH on Ryujinx, i dumped it and found cheat codes for Version 2.0.6 to make it run at 60fps without speeding up the animations:

Code: 
[60 FPS LIMIT]
01100000 00029F24 00000001

[Animation Speed x0.5]
04000000 043BC3C0 3f000000

but i dont think these are working correctly, because some things ARE running at normal speeds while others are way to fast, does anyone have any idea how to fix this and get it to run right?

also... my character runs insanely fast now, like not even usain Bolt could catch up to him
 
My understanding is that so much of the game is tied to the framerate that there is no reasonable way to get it to run at 60fps without issues.

If the codes said they worked perfectly with no issues, then I'm afraid whoever posted them was either mistaken or was lying.

Your method is very good, I have fixed that error, thanks.
 
For anyone still following this: I took the patch route and released it. The mod patches about 760 places in the code and rescales 1,300 values in StaticParam.pack so the game plays at normal speed. The sources are pchtxt files with a comment on every patch group, plus IPS files for Atmosphere. Version 3.0.3 only.
