Hello GBAtemp! I have really annoying problem with my EZ-V 3in1

I have the 1.8.9z version of AKAIO and 1.41 firmware in Acekard2i.
EZ-V 3in1 battery voltage is 3.2V. Auto backup is on.
My GBA game (Golden Sun: The lost age) save function works perfectly and Acecard is able to backup with no failure. Note: first possible save opportunity. But... when I restart the game and I update the SRAM save by GS1 via save code (Isaac party), then I'm unable backup the game progress at Acekard side (no "prosessing GBA save...."). The game is currently flashed to NOR and I want its SRAM save to be backupped which doesn't happen. I tried GBAXploader but it was no use and same problem exists afterwards. So next time I flash my NOR I lose my game progress. Has someone come up solution for this?
