The DS needs a good street fighter game. The fact that capcom have yet to release one makes no sense at all given all their past raping of the series.
A good street fighter alpha conversion would be nice, but I really like the sound of marvel vs capcom (someone mentioned it earlier).

Nintendo cant do Banjo and Kazooie/Tooie (whatever!), becouse Rare owns the rights on it (and they are under Microsoft now). Correct me if im Wrong!
Anyway i would LOVE to see a (3d) Banjo and Kazooie!

Nintendo can't.. but RARE can! The agreement that they have with Microsoft doesn´t cover handhelds.. or something like that.
Anyway, they made de Diddy Kong Racing remake for the DS (wich sucks btw).
I also would love to see Banjo Kazooie on the DS.. it's by far my favorite 3d platformer game
I just want the original Prince of Persia. I can't get XBox Live for... ahem... whatever reason at the moment so I can't download the Live Arcade version.
That game rocked when I was a kid. And that kinda similar game where there's that black monster with the scary eyes and it chases you through the screens.
Just remembered - Flashback! I remember the first 2 mins of that game rocking too (I didn't play through much of a game when I was a nipper apparently

My first priority would be some N64-games. Perfect Dark, Conker's Bad Fur Day... Games like that

@TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one

@Sicklyboy I am wanting to fully change the game and bend it to my will lol. I would like to eventually have the ability to add more characters, enemies, even have a completely different story if i wanted. I already have the ability to change the tilemaps in the US version, so I can basically make my own map and warp to it in game - so I'm pretty far into it!

I am definitely considering porting over some of the EU features without using the actual ROM itself, tbh that would probably be the best way to go about it... but i'm sad that the voice acting is so.... not good on the US version. May not be a way around that though
