Hello, and thanks for the piece of software/guide first
Got a question: Which specific Java version is needed for Mac OS? Or rather with which was it confirmed working before?
Trying the app here on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 and it does not open/crashes with the error message "Check Java console". Maybe Im just using the wrong Java version (usually Java is very rarely used here on Macs so I grabbed the newest version I found on Oracle's site)

Try Java 8u121 or higher.

Shouldn't be a problem on Mac, I've received feedback from several Mac users, although I'm not sure about their Mac version.

Ahh thanks a lot! Was indeed a slightly older one, after uninstalling it by hand (Terminal) and using installing 8u144 it works now, the app opens. Maybe add one of the version numbers to the guide to the Linux/Mac line, makes it a lot easier to find the right download. Thanks again

Me again-sorry for the hassle! Having a little problem with the paths of the games I think. How should the path to a regular flashcard (R4i Gold 3DS RTS) with the games in the root folder look? I get "Volumes/R4IXL/PokemonDiamond.nds" with automatic ROM path setting, and "Games/PokemonWhite2.nds" without. The second makes no sense, okay - but is the one with automatic ROM path setting okay like that, or does it screw up since it was made on OSX? Being honest no clue how the path has to look to work on the 3DS.

The CIA will load the emulator on the SD card.

when loading the game it has the white "loading" text then after a while it goes in a red text font and does nothing. any ideas what this can be?

Remake the forwarder, but with "Automatically set ROM path" checked.

I NEED HELP! I am trying to load MK DS and I get a white screen. I am using my 3ds microSD and I created a CIA for the MK DS rom. I also tried using Pokemon Heart Gold, Pokemon Ranger, The Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks. I put the roms at SD: roms/nds. And I installed the CIA but white screen

Format your SD card to 32kb cluster size.

I will try to format it later with a Windows PC. I formated it with this laptop, but the microSD started to be EXTREMELY slow when loading GM9 and Decrypt9.
