Hacking N3DS Xl freeze issue when entering friend list.

I have a 9.0.0 sysnand N3DS XL system and running gateway emunand 9.5 without any problem.
My concern is that whenever I try to enter friend list from sysnand the system freezes and I cannot do anything but shut off the system by holding on the power button. Does anyone know of this issue?

The system does NOT freeze when entering friend list from emunand.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
