No, it's impossible to update to 9.4 with internet now, and if it was a game update the firmware would have been 9.4.0-20E and not 9.4.0-21E

I ordered two brand new N3DSXL Metallic Black Eur/UK version. Luckily both were QEH1015 which I didn't expect, was about to use one for eShop, so now I got a spare 9.0 and thought i'd sell one here. So if anyone want's it for £180 via paypal, just pm me. Note I bought it for £180 and also sold a blue one here to one of our members, so I'm trust worthy.

My brother is searching a 9.0/9.2 one and I saw a white YEF1003 in a shop but dunno if it was a good one so didn't bought it yet.

But as I just read upper that white YEF1000 are 9.0.0-20, 1003 are probably the same and I might get one if I don't find one which an already confirmed serial number.

My local Gamestop has blacks in QW1038 and QW1035. Can't return it if powered on, so no way for me to check...tempted to risk it on the QW1035.

I just bought a U.S. QW1035 from a local store where I live. It had 9.0 on it.

Found a Non-XL YEM1007 (White) online for my brother, will see if it's okay when I'll have it. If not, I'll just resell it at a less lower price and try another one xD

Because, in USA, there is only the N3DS XL but here (Europe), we have both models (like Japan) so it's a bit more complicated for the serial numbers.

i have a feeling the ones sold at 365games.co.uk are still on 9.0 firmware because the shop is no where near as busy as amazon or other retailers like shopto,argos,tesco..etc so i expect their current stock to still be from the 1st shipment. you can even ask them if they still have any australian n3ds consoles in stock.
