How are you guys verifying that the micro USB cable match the pin outs? There is no guarantee that all those colours will be the same in every cable.

Micro USB cable wire colors are always like this :
- DAT0 = green
- CLK = red or pink
- CMD = white or yellow
- GND = black

Is the blue screen appearing even when the SD adapter is not hooked up to a reader? If so, we will need to see images of your soldering work. If the blue screen only appears when you have the SD adapter hooked up to a reader. It could mean that your Hard Mod is fully functioning as expected.

Cam you post up a close up clear image of the CMD and CLK points? You never connected the usb cable directly onto a usb computer port right?

The CLK point is torn in his case so the motherboard is dead.
Need another motherboard or replace the console.

The NAND is ok but not the information can't travel trough the motherboard because the copper track of the CLK is broken and can't be repaired.

Thank you for your answer. I'm a bit curious, If it's a connection problem, why we can't repair that ?

I suppose in theory, you could solder a wire to one side of the track and then the other to the other side of the track. Every situation is different. One person may pull the entire track. Where as the other my just tear the test point. As long as the CLK makes it to the nand. Anything is possible to repair. It's just not recommended.

Thank you very much for your answers.
I know than it's hard for both of you because you don't see the motherboard, but I think it isn't a big problem.

@milerwan So, you think I've broken the track inside of the PCB ?
Is there any issues to know than the problem can not be on the surface ?

@dg_dex I've seen a topic about that, for this point it's a bit hard. I've seen a silver pen to make a new track, does it work ?

Yeah you can get the pens that will reattach track lines. However, a simple wire solder to either side of the split track should fix the problem. The problem with this though. The track is very fragile in comparison to the test point. Without a glue gun. You would run the risk of completely tearing the track from the motherboard.

@dg_dex Thank you, so I can try with the pen?
I have shown the motherboard to a specialist, he told me than the track seems to be good on the surface, but he don't know where is the problem.
(He didn't test nothing...)

If the test point was torn. It will be what Milerwan mentioned. The track between the board will be torn. You would need to solder one end of a wire to the topside track. Then the other side of the wire to the bottom side track. That should repair your CLK

@dg_dex Hi, thank you, the top and the bottom of the track are on the same side of the motherboard ?

Both sides of the track should line up. They do on my console at least.

Edit; be very careful doing this. Once you have everything up and running (fights crossed), be sure to glue gun the wires in place. This will ensure that the track doesn't tear any further.

@dg_dex Thanks again ! I've seen a man who do that, I tried but the wire always get out. I think I can't solder on the copper track (maybe because of my poor tools).
