I see it's your first time using Pivot... I guess Pivot Master DX inspired you? Your animation is a little jumpy and needs to be refined alot, you need to have smoother movements and your stick figures need to have more realistic movement, keep trying and hang in there!

Jup a friend has see me a movie that he maked. and he says that i must use pivot. my friend has maked much fighting scene. and thanks for the tips

Certainly an interesting start, for your next project try and add more frames so it will be smoother - transition frames generally aren't that much work either! Also it's spelt 'know' (pronounced ne-oh) not now (pronounced ne-ow)
