Hacking My Menu and PreLoader

Well, I decided to install Crazy Intro Video on my Wii - very excellent, definitely worth it - but in order for that to work I had to have my hacks.ini file set to skip the System Menu Health Screen. And now since I am starting to use my Menuify on my Wii, I am a little worried if either of those could give the other some trouble. My biggest concern is that since the Health Screen is being skipped, it will cause a conflict between it and the custom Health Screen that is applied when I use my .csm file, maybe a banner brick or whatever. So, if I apply the theme, will there be a problem between the "skipped" Health Screen and the custom Health Screen?
