Hacking My Menu 3.2?

Well, I know that My Menu is a really cool program that lets you apply and create themes for the Wii System Menu, but I haven't seen it be done on anything lower than 4.0. I no longer have any interest in updating to 4.2, and I was hoping that there is a version made specifically for 3.2, my current firmware. If there is a version out, I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me find it.
