I was deleting some msgs in my inbox yet it keeps giving me:

Your folders are 24% full

There is only one in the Inbox

Do i need to do anything in particular?

Have you emptied your trash folder? Or your spam folder?

Check Sent Items too...I always forget to empty that.

Is it possible that you clicked on the wrong button and that you moved those messages someplace else instead of deleting them? Make sure to check out all the folders you have and see if they are any messages you missed.

To clean your Private Messages completely. You'll need to empty all folders, make sure your Sent Items folder is empty. Click Jump To, then Sent Items, then Go. And select all, Delete.

I use the Archive Messages feature and select "all folders".

I bet you the problem is in your Sent Items folder.
