I guess our Script tries to run the python script with your default Python version.
If your default Python version is Python 3.x, it won't work properly. Change your default Python version to 2

your pak-file should be in path:
"SD:/sxos/titles/TITLEID-HERE/romfs/HeroGame/Content/Pak" if I remember right.

I got the translation installed, but only main menu is translated, the rest of the game still in Japanese..

Everything works fine now.
if it asks for File or Directory.
Press D and you should be okay.

Hey Guys,

I've checked the Content of "My Hero Academia - One's Justice" and it seems, that the translated files are already in the Game.
The Game itself doesn't give us an option to change the Language, tho.

UPDATE:
I've finally switched all japanese Text with the english counterparts!
And it works perfectly (okay, there are some small, minor bugs in Story Mode (should change the font size later)!

Update v1.2:
- XCI Support added
- Program asks for Titlekey if NSP is used.
- Fixed Bugs with creating patched file.
- Creates a "HeroGame-Switch_0_P.pak" - File which works for the Base Game as well as for Update 1.0.1.
- Easy to use with LayeredFS (Hekate, ReiNX and SXOS supported)

INFO: It seems SXOS has problems with LayeredFS so the Patch doesn't work correctly with it. I suggest you to use ReiNX.
If you use ReiNX, you need to add a "fsmitm.flag" file inside "SD:/ReiNX/titles/0100E0F008E64000/" like in this screenshot:

Requirements:
- Your own dump of "My Hero Academia - One's Justice" (XCI or NSP).
- A file called "keys.txt", containing the Nintendo Switch keys, in the same directory of "heroscript.bat".
- Python (version => 2.7) installed on your computer.
- About 10 GB of free space available on hard disk.
- Been able to launch a custom firmware on your Nintendo Switch.

Instructions:
1. Drag the nsp/xci file over "heroscript.bat".
2. Input a custom firmware and press enter.
3. Input a language and press enter.
4. Get comfortable because it might take a while.
5. Copy the content of the folder "hero_patch" to the root of your microSD.
6. Insert the microSD in your Nintendo Switch and launch your favourite custom firmare.
7. Start "My Hero Academia - One's Justice" and enjoy it translated to your native language.

Notes:
- If the patch doesn't work the layeredFS module is probably missing (check if "fs_mitm.kip" exists on your microSD).
- There may be translation errors and untranslated text and also issues with the text alignment.
- If you appreciate our work, please don't upload the already patched files.
- If you don't know where the pak-files goes, here are the paths for each CFW:
---- ReiNX: "SD:/ReiNX/titles/0100E0F008E64000/romfs/HeroGame/Content/Pak/" (you also need a fsmitm.flag named, empty file in "SD:/sxos/titles/0100E0F008E64000/")
---- SXOS: "SD:/sxos/titles/0100E0F008E64000/romfs/HeroGame/Content/Pak/"
---- Hekate: "SD:/atmosphere/titles/0100E0F008E64000/romfs/HeroGame/Content/Pak/"

why the fuck do you use the quickbms Script to insert the patched files into the Original Pak?
THIS WON'T WORK!
Just run Heroscript.bat.
