Homebrew My console self-restarted and messed up...

Get back to homebrew and use EmuNand9 tool, you can find a thread somewere. It will let you format emuNAND from it.

How do I get rid of Reinand? It won't let me go to the Homebrew menu. I deleted all the files off the sd card but it's still there.

ReiNand is probably set up as your boot.3dsx. Replace it with the Homebrew Launcher boot.3dsx (available in the Homebrew Starter Kit).
