when i try playing the video it just loads a bunch of text saying
size:
and
atom:
with a bunch of letters and number after it and the video never starts.

Whatever the case may be, I have no idea what would cause this error with the size/atom text.

I'm not sure what you mean with that.. I have a DSL and don't use TWL menu

when I boot the mpegplayer, it doesn't even show the file browser

You need to launch the video within TWLMenu++.

I've been trying some things and none of them have worked.. Could you upload a video that works on your ds so I can make sure my videos were just converted wrong?

Are you sure it's not your FFMPEG version?
