My childhood predates videotape, but I used to get up really early every sunday to watch monster movies on tv.
Sunrise Theatre.. 6am.. channel 5

The closest I got to "watchin' videos" was this thing:

Crankin' the handle counter-clockwise to watch Space Ghost fly backwards.. COOL!

Yeah Land Before Time was awesome in my dino-loving days! I'd like to add Police Academy and Robocop to the list. I don't really know how to link to images from other sites, so if someone else could pop them up for me that would be great. Or not, whatever. Oh yeah, Rambo!

All of the above... and Batman and Navigator. Those were regularly aired every New Year's Eve (Goonies, Batman, Navigator), and I knew them by heart.
