I think for me it' the Unnamed Ratchet and Clank Future Sequel, which is supposed to come out this fall:

The first one was a blast, and Quest for Booty was absolutely awesome as well. And since the engine is already done from the previous games, this one could have a lot of awesome action-packed playtime in it.
