Homebrew moonshell 2 game folders - better file browsing?

ive made a library of pretty much every ds game id ever want to play for my r4ids card.
the problem is that moonshell always loads EVERY rom on the card. i can organize the games in folders and navigate between them in the grid menu, but its still way worse that in the wood r4 firmware where you can actually browse the folders. sadly wood r4 doesnt seem to like some of the games so i have to use moonshell.
any advice on how to solve this?

    @cearp I'm mainly concerned with the load time when booting up. currently the drive gets raked like hell looking up all the games, rather than just booting up directly like it's configured to do
