Refer to picture. Card not going through because of it being an "International Transaction"? Isn't ModChipsDirect based in New York? Or did I just read the e-mail wrong? Is this at all normal?

I got this too, and I did have to give VISA a call to unblock the transaction. They ship from NY, but the company isn't based there.

Well, I took my order to WCRepair... Only place that didn't give me grief with my card.
