Hacking MMSF2 save keeps disappearing on me!

I've been playing Mega Man Star Force 2 ZxN and FFTA2 at the same time, and for some reason my MMSF2 save disappears after playing FFTA2 for a while.
This has happened twice or so and I'm getting quite annoyed.
By the way, I'm playing on the Flash 4Mbit savetype, could that be the problem?

In a word, yes.

Does that game even need Flash 4M?

Nah. You couldn't save on Auto or any of the EEPROM save types, so I tried Flash.
I got to Flash 4Mbit first while trying the Flash saves and played with that since it worked.

Anyway, my save won't be erased if I use Flash 2Mbit, will it?

Nope, Flash 2M should work just fine.
