"Misplaced" cart label?

Was this out of the ordinary? I've seen two carts on Yahoo Auction Japan where both listings (from two different sellers with excellent feedback) are for complete copies with inserts and everything, but the cartridge label isn't 100% "straight". The prices aren't temptively low either, far from it. Note that both games are from Konami.

Can any verdict be given on these?
