So I have windows 7 with alot of programs and files on it. I want to upgrade my hard drive from 1TB to 2TB, is there a way of making the EXACT copy onto that larger hard drive while keeping my windows legitimacy and my drivers and what not the same?

Yes, there are several. The first that comes to mind is Norton Disk Doctor - one of the functions (if memory serves) is to clone a drive.

There's also the "ghost" program I've seen so often in schools, used to copy everything from one computer to another (presumably by cloning the drive again).

Google should turn up plenty of drive cloning programs.

Is it good though? I need something REALLY reliable and simple. (does the job and does not install a bunch of extra bullshit on top) I had bad experience with Norton in terms of extra unneeded stuff...
