Hacking MIOS Patcher furks up MplayerCE

Sorry I don't have exact specs.. I'm at a public computer right now.

I've done most of my softmodding according to the CompleteSG site, so I used the Waninkoko & Hermes cIOS, never had any problems.

Until I used the MIOS patcher! Well, that worked, but whenever I booted MPlayerCE afterward, it would not respond to any controller input except shutting down with the Home button.

I used MIOS v4, perhaps v5 or v8 would make a difference? Just want to find out if anybody knows before I mess around some more. Thanks..

cMIOS has nothing to do with mplayer. I've had a patched MIOS for as long as I can remember (don't use it tbh) and never had any trouble out of mplayer or WiiMC.

I think you have another problem sir. Simplest solution is probably putting a fresh copy of mplayer on your SD-card/USB HDD and re-installing the forwarder channel if your using one.
