In the meantime, if anyone has suggestions to make the UI less horribly ugly please let me know.
What I do isn't even coder art, it's more like a pixel abomination.

Kind of what I had in mind before I got frustrated and gave up:

- Making it colour
- The additional buttons for emulator control
- F keys
- Removing the numpad, possibly making the keys on the main keyboard bigger

I guess it's possible to have multiple "skins" so long as the positions of the buttons do not move, but this app has very little users so there isn't much point in putting time into that.

Thoughts are appreciated :)

That does look good though. Keep up with this project. Oh and about the skins allow the users to create them, That'd be savage.
P.S it's a good emulator for 3DS. Think about it Mac OS on 3DS the possibilities are endless.

just wondering what games/software came out for apple during those years?? anything good?? I know Oregon trail,, bout all I know though

There may or may not be a site that has lots of Apple software that you cannot buy anymore.
Rumour has it that it curates such software, a veritable Macintosh garden if you will...

The sound code is mostly already in, I disabled it because I felt I could do a bit better and fix some of the issues it had.
For example there was a slight slowdown in some games in 256 color builds or random pops and cracks.

It's definitely something that can be worked on, but was shelved while I put time into the user interface.

As for soon, here's the rub:
I'm still burned out, lots of life stuff decided to happen all at once and basically kill my drive to write code.
It will eventually come back (it always does) but it takes time and I'm waiting for things on my end to be more stable.

Just wanted to ask for confirmation if I could modify the code while you're not actively working on this because I've got a few features in mind that'd be somewhat easy to implement.

It is open source under the GPLv2 license so I would say go for it.

I have been working on it recently after taking a break to do other embedded stuffs.
There is currently a bug in Macintosh Plus emulation that crashes MacOS itself within the emulator which is proving difficult to track down.

I've been working on adding key binding in the meantime as well as a few other bits here and there.
But of course the code is GPL and freely available for anyone to modify.

i have a bootdisk named disk1.dsk on root, but I keep crashing luma upon app load. Im running B9S latest, Luma 9.1, system is on 11.8.

Disk images, as well as the ROM, must be placed in the folder "sd:/3ds/vmac".
