Hacking Micro SD in flashcard

Does the speed of the micro sd card inserted in the flashcard make any difference whilst playing the games/loading/saving...etc?

Nothing in-game.
It only helps when you load a rom.

Actually if the MicroSD is slow beyond a certain point, games can crash and such.

Most aren't so this isn't much of an issue, but don't go buying cheap/knockoff MicroSDs, get a legit one from a physical retailer.
