As for rizzed's secret, there isn't one. The game works fine. I used wad manager to install fine (use cIOS249 rev17 or lower, or rev18 base 38), and then it ran fine. I have 4.2E with priiloader, with "Region Free EVERYTHING" hack enabled.
So FreeTheWads should work fine. If not use wwpacker, or edit the tmd yourself with a hex editor, resign, and repack.

Maybe region changing the wad doesn't work anymore, could be that nintendo did improve their security in that point. But just not doing anything to the wad and using a region free hack for VC/WiiWare(or just everything) is the way i would have expected to work. If the game wasn't NTSC, now we would still get people complaining that it doesn't work.(black&white due to crappy tv)
OMG it's soooo simple: Just use AnyRegionChanger, set your Consoles GameRegion, VideoOutput, SystemRegion and Language to USA, NTSC and English and it will work.

If your internet speeds are fast enough. Streaming 4k takes alot. I used to only have 20mb sec, and 4k struggled. Now I have 300mb sec and 4k plays fine.+1

Or free government supplied high speed internet be nice also. Like Obama care. Xdqwerty that's cool, its time consuming but rewarding once done or playable, to see what you've made from scratch. Animations take forever, but worth it.+1

There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"

i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect
