Could someone trying pairing their Wiimote TR to Windows 10 without Dolphin?

It doesn't have to pair fully--would like to know if Windows 10 at least sees your TR wiimote at all. Looks like non-TR gets discovered with back sync button--but not TR.

Just want to confirm if it's a recent Windows 10 update that broke something or my specific PC.
