Misc Mario Kart freezes up on 3rd/4th race.

I can never complete 4 races in mario kart online with wi-fi. It always freezes after the 3rd or 4th race. and my router is operating at 1 mbps. anyone els ehave this?

i get this sometimes, but it only seems to last for a about 20 seconds because someone drops out off a race while the race is running. It seems these people cant take losing.

I had that problem, its an issue between my router and my DS. I got around it by googling for a bit of code called dsarp.c

Unfortunately, its written to compile under Linux, no windows port has been done yet, but if you know how to install a Linux box and compile code, you could do worse than to grab hold of this. Failing that, its buy a new router or a Ninty USB Wifi connector.

Try changing your router to 2mbps. It worked for me.
