I haven't explored the VS game enough to tell.

• New cup scrolling interface.

If you mean Nanquitas' plugin loader then yes, until it gets merged with the official Luma.

You should have two files inside, each of them have a link to a wiki page explaining its purpose. (Basically custom music and debug course slot)

Also I like that you added a way to get the frontrunning beats on the CTs in sync with the BGM man! Really great job! I noticed this for Concord Town. Out of curiosity, which other courses have them?

Only N64 Frappe Snowland. I guess that in the future more will be added.
