Hacking Mario Hoops touch screen problem

Firstly I have a Supercard Mini SD, complete update software etc...

I have been playing the Jap version for a while with no problem at all..

But when I come to play the US version, which is alot easier as its in English, but I find the bottom screen kinda flashes a bit and sometimes the Stylus doesn't work...

At first I though I had a dodgy screen, but all other games and calibration work perfectly.

Has anyone else had this problem.

I didn't post it in here as I'm not sure its just a Supercard problem, was hoping it might be a general bad rom problem, but your the boss...
