ROM Hack Mario and Luigi RPG 3

I can't seem to find the thread right now, but I think there was an english patch or something of the sort.

I am using an Edge, so I was wondering if the patch, if there is on, will work on an Edge.

The second one did come to the US.

If only RPGs didn't take so long to translate... The UK won't be getting it till 2010 because Nintendo hates us and makes us wait for a good game (Brawl took 3 months).
