I tried to install macOS Sierra to my sister's laptop. It was a real pain to do, but I eventually got it installed. Now audio and wifi as well as the built in keyboard and mouse don't work. Also, when the computer is restarted, clover doesn't show up and I'm forced into windows. What do I do now?

You might want to talk to a hackintosh forum. Here the majority of people here use their systems for serous tasks and gaming, so there might not be as many people knowledgeable to help.

That being said, macOS does not support ANY hardware it doesn't come installed on. If you want to make a Hackintosh you needed to check if the components you are using are supported, or if someone manage to hack together a functional kext driver that the OS won't just spit right out again. Not sure about Clover. if it's a bootloader it may not like your system's UEFI or BIOS, or your computer may still be defaulting to the Windows EFI loader.
