Make hidden titles visible again?

[Small clarification, I mean titles hidden on the home menu e.g. Nintendo Video or Nintendo Zone]
I'm new to this community, so.. correct me if I get things wrong.


I got a Old 3DS last month at the time of writing this and I installed SatellZone. Now, I cant actually launch it because the Nintendo / SatellaZone viewer is hidden by an update. How can I make titles like these visible again?

Launch fbi go to titles and search nintendo zone and click on Launch nintendo zone and voila you are in nintendo zone

I mean showing it on the home menu, not launching it straight on from FBI.

Nintendo Video is not hidden, it's always been an optional install, and the 1.1 exclusive demo video is stubbed so just downgrade it (maybe bumping the version if you want to)
(and I guess I might even say that, while Nintendo Zone is "hidden" in the common sense meaning of the word, it's because of arbitrary logic in the launcher, not because it's marked as hidden in the header)
