ROM Hack Make 2SF/NCSF files independent of their library ?

Hi,

I wonder if there are tools or ways to make tracks independent from their library file for 2SF & NCSF (and also USF/GSF), so that each track would be in .2SF/.NCSF (and .USF/.GSF) without the .mini prefix .mini2SF and so on).

Sometimes I only want to keep one or two tracks and don't want to keep the full-sized library.

I asked because for other systems' formats (PSF/PSF2/SSF/DSF...) each track is generally independent .PSF/.PSF2.. files instead of .miniPSF/.miniPSF2... (expect in few cases).
