The R4 did not invent the "flashcard" business. It brought some pretty good innovation to it, but it did not invent it in any sort of aspect you're thinking of.

Right now the M3 is one of the more popular flashcarts, so quite a few people care about an update from M3.

Either way, we really didn't need this thread. We don't need a confirmation that M3 is working on a fix, they almost always come out with a fix within a week (at most).

First thing is first. The R4 was not even the first flashcart , there were many more before it even came out which is DSX, Acekard, and NinjaDS and many more. Plus the M3 team and other teams made flashcarts before the R4 for the GBA. The R4 team never made any carts for the GBA. You deserve to get banned for saying that it invented the fucking flashcart business. Its Flashcart not Flashcard

I heard the DSTT recently got a unofficial update (it could have been official, don't remember) that fixed HGSS, but I'm not sure if that also included the freezing.

No, it's just that even after dieing newbies still come over here saying "Which R4 card should I get!?". It's just annoying. Not to mention the dozens of R4 clones that crowd flashcart retailing sites.

Different from Japanese AP

i wont say that cuz i loaded the my save on to the Japanese game and it happen the same as the usa rom thats mean is the same AP

Not without hacking the M3 FW. Just because the iTouchDS is an M3 card does not mean it can run their other firmwares natively. The other firmwares have to be hacked (which they are... but much older revisions only...)

It's already been said that the (U) and (K) versions have the same AP which is different than the (J)'s.
